The Digital Maturity Scan was a group project assigned to us by the marketing company “Stairway”. We were tasked with creating a tool to assess the maturity level of a client’s website through a tailored questionnaire. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Stairway, the company behind the project, then sends an email customized to the user’s maturity profile. The project was developed on WordPress, leveraging Gravity Forms and Mailchimp for tracking and processing user responses. Key features included an email address field with validation, a dropdown list for “Function & Sector,” and an additional dropdown fields to be implemented. Users could interact with a submit button to complete the questionnaire, with the ability to export answer lists to a spreadsheet for further analysis. The questionnaire itself will consist of multiple-choice questions. Additionally, the system will track visits and associate them with specific profiles, enabling users to access a PDF with their scan results. All data was managed through Mailchimp, with automation in place to send emails based on the user’s profile after a scan.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
